Like many, I experimented with different eating styles: from the classic combo of white rice and chicken, to a veggie-rich ground turkey diet, and even a year-long vegan adventure. One valuable lesson from these trials? Season your food! Eating bland isn't just unappetizing; it's a surefire way to lose interest in any diet. Let’s add some spice to both our food and our journey. 🍲

For the past few years, I've been on a carnivore diet, and I've never felt more energized in body, mind, and spirit. My typical breakfast? Four to six organic, cage-free eggs, a bowl of blueberries, morning vitamins, and a refreshing greens drink. Lunch and dinner are usually consistent: ground beef with a colorful assortment of fruits like watermelon, pineapples, bananas, grapes, berries, and mangoes (my personal favorite when in season). 🥩🍍


Snacking and Eating Frequency


I eat two to three times daily, with snacks as needed. My go-to snacks? A nut mix sweetened with honey and whatever fruits are available at home. Remember, it’s about balance and listening to your body’s needs. 🥜🍇
